It will be a collaboration with 90 year old fashion icon Iris Apfel. Iris formerly worked with Woman's Wear Daily, Fashion Illustrator Robert Goodman, Interior Designer Elinor Johnson, and still lectures and advises on fashion today. Mac describes Iris as "a rare bird who has always been ahead of her time, Mrs. Iris Apfel. ... boldly mixed flea market finds with haute couture decades before doing it was considered de rigueur"

I've wanted to sample the Apfel lipstick shades for ages but my local MAC has sold out, crazy!
ReplyDeleteAnd maybe to ease yourself into an orange shade, try orangy reds. I recently got Lady Danger from MAC, I'll write a post on it soon. :)
